The resolution highlights the NHA's various services, including adoption and foster programs, low-cost clinics, a pet food bank, and educational resources, as well as its significant achievements in placing thousands of animals and maintaining a high save rate. The General Assembly thanks the NHA's staff for their dedication and wishes the organization continued success.
