After a distinguished 30-year military career, he retired and became a highly respected and active member of the Manassas community, serving in leadership roles for the Manassas Men's Club, the Manassas City Board of Elections, and the Manassas City Airport Commission. The resolution honors his dedication to his family, country, and community, and directs the Clerk of the Senate to present a copy to his family as a token of the Senate's respect for his memory.
