This bill adjusts appropriations for the Commission of Pardons and Parole for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. * An additional $87,100 from the General Fund and $134,400 from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund are appropriated for the Commission of Pardons and Parole for fiscal year 2027, totaling $221,500. * The appropriation for the Commission of Pardons and Parole for fiscal year 2027 from the General Fund is reduced by $87,100. * An additional $43,600 from the General Fund and $43,600 from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund are appropriated for the Commission of Pardons and Parole for fiscal year 2026, totaling $87,200. * The appropriation for the Commission of Pardons and Parole for fiscal year 2026 from the General Fund is reduced by $43,600. * Sections 3 and 4 of this act are effective immediately upon passage, while Sections 1 and 2 are effective on July 1, 2026.
