This bill, titled the Abraham Accords Defense Cooperation Act of 2026, mandates the Secretary of Defense to establish a new program called the "United States-Abraham Accords Defense Cooperation Initiative" to strengthen defense collaboration with countries that are signatories to the Abraham Accords Declaration or have sought to normalize relations with Israel since 2020.
