This bill appropriates and adjusts funding for the Public Schools Educational Support Program's Division of Student Support for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. * An additional $11,941,200 is appropriated for fiscal year 2027, with $4,141,200 from the Public School Income Fund for Operations Division and $7,800,000 from the Federal Grant Fund for Children's Programs Division. * The appropriation for fiscal year 2027 is reduced by $9,751,600 from the Public School Income Fund, with reductions of $1,767,300 for the Administrators Division, $7,141,200 for the Operations Division, and $843,100 for the Children's Programs Division. * A $9,751,600 reduction is made to the transfer from the General Fund to the Public School Income Fund for fiscal year 2027. * The discretionary distribution for fully virtual schools is reduced to $19,723 per support unit for fiscal year 2027. * Transportation reimbursements for school districts and charter schools are reduced by $7,500,000 for fiscal year 2027. * School districts and charter schools providing online instruction must report specific class information and student enrollment/attendance data. * $2,250,000 designated for English Language Learner distributions for fiscal year 2027 will be transferred from the Central Services Division to the Children's Programs Division. * An amount not to exceed $1,570,000 from the Public School Income Fund may be used by the State Department of Education for technology education opportunities and certifications for students and faculty for fiscal year 2027. * An additional $7,800,000 is appropriated from the Federal Grant Fund for fiscal year 2026. * The State Department of Education is required to report on special education expenditures and Medicaid reimbursements by December 15, 2026.
