This bill modifies how local sales tax revenues collected by the city of Edina can be used, increasing the authorized amounts for improvements to Fred Richards Park and Braemar Park, and adding new projects that can be funded. Specifically, it increases the funding for Fred Richards Park by $1 million to $18.7 million and for Braemar Park by $3 million to $56.3 million, both including associated bonding costs.
