This resolution approves annual events for certain 501(c) organizations in Tennessee, as required by Article XI, Section 5 of the Tennessee Constitution and the Tennessee Nonprofit Gaming Law. These organizations, identified as 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) entities located within the state, must have their annual gaming events, such as raffles and reverse raffles, approved by a two-thirds vote of each house of the General Assembly. The resolution lists numerous approved events, including their dates, locations, and types of gaming, for various counties across Tennessee for the period of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
