This concurrent resolution honors and commends LifeSpring Community Health on its twentieth anniversary, recognizing its dedication to improving the health and well-being of the Chattanooga community. Founded in 2006 as a small after-school clinic, LifeSpring has grown into a 501(c)(3) organization that provides comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, sick care, immunizations, and screenings for children up to age twenty-one. It also offers community health services, advocacy, and specialized bilingual mental and behavioral health care for children and adolescents, with a focus on early identification and support. LifeSpring plays a vital role in providing integrated care, particularly to underserved neighborhoods, ensuring that all children receive quality healthcare regardless of their circumstances, and has also been instrumental in providing COVID-19 testing and vaccines.
