This resolution honors Amelia Lisowe for being crowned Miss Arkansas' Teen 2025, recognizing her extensive community service as the founder of Lisowe’s Lights, a nonprofit that has distributed over 37,000 night lights to children in foster care across the nation and internationally, her national media appearances, her six Presidential Volunteer Service Awards, her role on Sesame Street, her talent as a choreographer, her impressive performance and thoughtful responses during the Miss Arkansas' Teen competition, the over $16,000 in scholarships she earned, her full-ride scholarship offers to multiple universities, and her service as a role model and ambassador for the Miss Arkansas Scholarship Organization, all of which highlight her dedication to community service, leadership, and educational excellence as she represented Arkansas at the Miss America's Teen competition.
