This bill repeals specific provisions within New York State's tax law that relate to sales and compensating use taxes imposed on vessels. Specifically, it removes subdivision (jj) of section 1115 and subdivision 13 of section 1118 of the tax law, both of which were added in 2015 and dealt with these taxes on vessels.
