This resolution, a concurrent resolution passed by both the Tennessee Senate and House of Representatives, formally honors and commends Tom Midyett for his ten years of dedicated service on the Tennessee Forestry Commission. The resolution also acknowledges his recognition of the importance of urban forests and his positive influence on Tennessee's vast forestland, much of which is privately owned.
