This Resolution formally recognizes the Arkansas Tech University Golden Suns women's cross country team for their historic victory at the Great American Conference Championship held on October 25, 2025. The resolution highlights the team's achievement of placing first among twelve competing teams, with all five scoring runners finishing in the top twenty-five, marking their first conference championship after several years of strong performances, including four consecutive runner-up finishes. It also acknowledges the individual accomplishments of team members, such as those earning First Team and Second Team All-Great American Conference honors, and recognizes the academic excellence of those named Great American Conference Elite Scholar-Athletes and those on the Great American Conference Academic Honor Roll.
