If a tenant receives a demand for possession, they have the right to request a conference with the park owner, and during any legal action to terminate tenancy, the tenant must continue to pay rent, and the park owner can accept these payments without waiving their right to evict. Following a judgment for possession, the tenant has 15 days to choose how to handle their mobile home, with options including having a court-appointed agent sell it, selling it on-site, moving it, or transferring ownership to the park owner, and if the tenant chooses to sell or move the home, they have 90 days to do so, subject to conditions like timely rent payments and maintaining the site, with provisions for the court to oversee the sale or transfer of the mobile home if the tenant fails to act, and any proceeds from a sale would go to the tenant after debts to the park and lienholders are settled.
