CORRECTIVE PROVISIONS. This bill makes technical corrections to, or as the result of, legislation enacted or H.F. _____ considered during the 2026 legislative session. Certain provisions take effect or apply retroactively based on the underlying 2026 legislation. LIFE INSURANCE —— CODE ORGANIZATION. The bill further provides for the organization of Code chapter 508 into Code subchapters as provided in 2026 Iowa Acts, House File 2232.
