This bill appropriates a sum sufficient to cover expenses related to the second extraordinary session of the 114th General Assembly for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2025, and July 1, 2026. * A sum sufficient is appropriated to the General Assembly for the payment of lawful expenses, including staffing, per diem, and travel, for the Second Extraordinary Session of the One Hundred Fourteenth General Assembly. These expenses will be paid through the office of legislative administration upon approval by the speaker of the senate and/or the speaker of the house of representatives. * A sum sufficient is appropriated for the sole purpose of implementing a bill related to elections, if such bill becomes law. The Commissioner of Finance and Administration is authorized to adjust federal aid and other departmental revenue accordingly.
