The Commission will also coordinate with PJM and other states to prevent double-counting of projects and customer contracts, and will have access to confidential contracts impacting load forecasts, with safeguards in place to protect sensitive information. Finally, the Commission is required to report annually to the General Assembly on its progress and findings, and this Act is set to expire on December 31, 2035, unless extended by the legislature.
