The Diamond State Hospital Cost Review Board is given the authority to adopt regulations to implement these provisions, and penalties can be imposed for non-compliance. The effective dates for these provisions vary, with some minimum financial assistance standards taking effect in January 2027 and other provisions by July 2027.
