AI Summary
This bill, the Domestic Violence Judicial Support Act of 2013, aims to improve support for families and victims within the justice system by authorizing the Attorney General to award grants for supervised and safe visitation exchanges for children in situations involving domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking. It also allocates funds for educating court personnel and child protective services workers on the dynamics of these issues, and for enhancing court infrastructure and community-based initiatives to better serve victims.
