AI Summary

This bill, titled the Protecting Jobs From Government Interference Act, amends the National Labor Relations Act to significantly limit the powers of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), an independent federal agency that enforces U.S. labor law in private sector workplaces. Specifically, the bill prohibits the NLRB from ordering employers to bring back any work, production lines, or equipment that have been moved, to reverse decisions about relocating, transferring, subcontracting, or outsourcing operations, or to force employers to invest more money in a specific facility. These changes would apply to any ongoing NLRB cases that have not yet reached a final decision.
