AI Summary
This bill, the Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2013, grants the Attorney General the authority to deny the transfer of firearms or the issuance of federal firearms and explosives licenses to individuals if the Attorney General determines they have engaged in or provided material support for terrorist activities and has a reasonable belief they might use a firearm or explosive in connection with terrorism.
