Specifically, it amends existing laws (Section 295C and Section 295D of chapter 94) to mandate that any signs or advertisements for motor fuel must show every price per gallon for a specific grade of fuel and the corresponding payment method. Furthermore, all prices for a particular grade of fuel displayed on a sign or in an advertisement must be the same size and presented in a similar way, ensuring consumers can easily compare options regardless of how they choose to pay.
