Specifically, annual reports must be prominently displayed and easily found on the internet, and there must be an online archive of all past annual reports. Furthermore, any entity legally entitled to receive these reports must be formally notified in writing about their online availability and how to access them, and any entity required to produce an annual report must also provide a physical copy if requested, with online publication satisfying all existing legal filing requirements.
