This bill requires charter schools in Florida to submit an attendance plan for each enrolled student to their local school district within 30 days of enrollment, detailing where the student would likely attend if the charter school closes or the student leaves early. Additionally, charter schools must provide prorated funding to the school district for any student who transfers to another public school before the end of the school year, based on the student's enrollment duration. Finally, charter schools will be obligated to report a roster of all students who attended during the school year, including their enrollment duration and the reason for withdrawal if they left, attested to by a parent, to the school district within 15 days after the school year concludes.
