This bill establishes a new crime called "unauthorized entry of a critical infrastructure," which involves intentionally entering a facility without permission that is considered critical infrastructure and is fully enclosed by a physical barrier. Critical infrastructure includes places like chemical plants, refineries, power plants, water treatment facilities, natural gas facilities, LNG terminals, and transportation hubs such as ports and railroad yards.
