This bill proposes to amend existing law concerning sex offenders by adding new restrictions for individuals classified as level 3 offenders, which is the highest risk category. The bill also introduces a 1000-foot restriction for level 3 sex offenders from schools, day care centers, or child care facilities regarding employment, and a similar 1000-foot restriction from the locations where their former victims or victims' immediate family members reside.
