This bill, titled "To assist in the administration of justice," proposes a change to court procedures by requiring that in all civil cases, unless a party is representing themselves (appearing pro se), prospective jurors will be informed before their examination begins that at the end of the trial, they will have a ten-minute meeting with the judge and the attorneys involved in the case. However, a judge has the discretion to disallow this meeting for good cause after a verdict is reached, and can also excuse individual jurors from attending or control the conduct of the meeting.
