Additionally, the bill addresses the transferability of on-sale and off-sale general licenses between counties, including restrictions on resale prices for a period after intercounty transfers, and reiterates that off-sale licensees delivering alcohol ordered electronically must verify the recipient's age and identity upon delivery to ensure they are 21 or older.
