This bill amends Chapter 66 of the General Laws to require limited liability entities and business and nonprofit corporations organized or registered to do business in the Commonwealth to keep all local, state, and federally issued operating licenses in a binder that must be readily accessible to the public upon verbal request during normal business hours. This means that businesses will need to have their permits and licenses organized and available for anyone to see if they ask for them while the business is open.
