This Concurrent Resolution directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make specific corrections to the official text, known as the enrollment, of H.J. Res. 62, which is a joint resolution related to continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2014. These corrections include modifying how funding rates are calculated to account for prior reductions, changing a fiscal year reference from 2014 to 2013, adjusting a dollar amount, renumbering a subsection, and importantly, adding a provision that temporarily suspends entitlements and payments related to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (often referred to as Obamacare) and related legislation until December 31, 2014. Additionally, it includes a directive to prevent the Director of the Office of Management and Budget from making certain adjustments to discretionary spending limits.
