Concurs in the Senate amendment to H.B. 2642 (agricultural and other programs of the Department of Agriculture (USDA) through FY2018) with an amendment substituting the text of H.B. 2642, as passed by the House, modified by the insertion of the text of H.B. 3102, as passed by the House.
