This Resolution waives a specific procedural rule, clause 6(a) of rule XIII, which normally requires a two-thirds vote to consider a report from the Committee on Rules on the same day it is presented to the House. The House agrees to the Senate's amendment but modifies it by replacing the Senate's proposed text with the text of H.B. 2642 as it was originally passed by the House, further amended by inserting the text of House Bill 3102 (H.B. 3102), also as passed by the House, with necessary adjustments to titles and references.
