Specifically, it sets fees for issuing certificates of ownership for marine equipment at $20 for standard sales and $30 for sales involving security interests, a $25 fee for duplicate certificates of ownership, a $10.50 fee for certificates showing lien information, a $5 fee for certified copies of lien documents, and a $10 fee for recording lien satisfaction. The bill also rescinds previous regulatory fee increases for certain marine equipment-related services and directs that any fees collected from those rescinded increases be refunded.
