This bill officially changes the name of the Johnson Valley Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Area in California to the "Johnson Valley National Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Area." This redesignation is a formal recognition of the area's importance and does not affect the Navy's existing rights to use parts of the area, as previously established by a law called the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014. The bill also makes conforming amendments to that existing law to reflect the new name and ensures that any future references to the area will use its new designation.
