Bill Summary
FTO Passport Revocation Act of 2015 (Sec. 2) Amends the Passport Act of 1926 to authorize the Department of State to refuse to issue a passport to an individual who has aided, assisted or otherwise helped a foreign terrorist organization. Authorizes the Department to revoke a passport previously issued to any such individual. Directs the Department to report to Congress regarding any such refusal or revocation.
