This bill establishes a new specialty license plate for "Rotary's Camp Florida," a program that provides camp services to children in Florida. A new annual use fee of $25 will be added to the cost of obtaining this specialty plate, with the funds collected being distributed to Rotary's Camp Florida. Rotary's Camp Florida can use up to 10 percent of these proceeds for administrative and marketing expenses, and up to 23 percent can be given as grants to Florida Rotary Districts that offer camp services to children. The remaining funds will directly support the programs and services offered to children attending the camp.
