This bill amends New Mexico's Liquor Control Act to define "growler" as a refillable, resealable container holding up to one gallon, intended for the sale of beer, wine, or cider for off-premises consumption. It also adds provisions allowing winegrowers and small brewers to sell beer and wine in growlers for off-premises consumption, expanding their existing sales and tasting privileges. The bill also repeals a previous law and sets an effective date of July 1, 2015.
