This bill requires that application forms for motor vehicle registration and renewal, as well as applications for driver licenses and identification cards, include an option for individuals to make a voluntary contribution to "End Breast Cancer." These contributions, which can be $1 or more, will be distributed to the Florida Breast Cancer Coalition Research Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit organization, and will be used for breast cancer research and education. This provision is being added to existing laws that already allow for various voluntary contributions to other charitable organizations during these application processes.
