Furthermore, the DEP will make this reported information publicly accessible through the IC2 database and will submit biennial reports to the legislature on toxic chemicals in consumer products, including policy recommendations for consumer protection and alternatives assessment. The DEP is also tasked with developing regulations for the enforcement of these provisions.
