This bill prohibits utility companies and government entities, including municipalities and counties, from using Glyphosate, a common weed killer, on land they own or have rights to, specifically where they maintain power lines or other infrastructure, and on roadways, railways, or any land situated within, on, or above a Federally-designated sole source aquifer, which is a critical underground water supply that is the sole or principal source of drinking water for a given population.
