This bill establishes a special commission to study and investigate education practices and public education oversight in the commonwealth, meaning Massachusetts. This commission will be comprised of members from the House of Representatives and the Senate, including nominees from minority leaders, along with designees from the Secretary of Education, the Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education, the Commissioner of Early Education and Care, and the Commissioner of Higher Education.
