Specifically, annual reports must be prominently and easily accessible online, and there should be an archive of all past annual reports available digitally. Furthermore, any entity legally designated to receive these reports must be formally notified in writing, via hard copy, about the online availability of the report and how to access it. The bill also requires that a hard copy of any annual report be provided upon request. Compliance with these online and hard copy provisions will satisfy any existing legal filing requirements.
