The commission's main task is to conduct a thorough study to identify and eliminate redundant or overly complicated steps in the business registration process, with a particular focus on helping small businesses. They will also examine the costs associated with implementing new or improved technology to achieve these streamlining goals. Finally, the commission is required to report its findings and any proposed legislation to relevant legislative committees by December 31, 2015.
