Furthermore, the bill restricts public access to information about school safety plans, making it a fourth-degree crime to film or publicly share such information without express written permission from school or law enforcement officials, with exceptions for law enforcement activities and news coverage of emergencies. Finally, it makes it a fourth-degree crime to intentionally interfere with school transportation or enter an occupied school bus without authorization.
