This bill, the Arapaho National Forest Boundary Adjustment Act of 2015, adjusts the boundary of the Arapaho National Forest in Colorado to include approximately 92.95 acres of land known as "The Wedge," specifically lots 3, 4, 8, and 9 of section 13. Importantly, any private lots can only be added to the forest boundary if the owner gives written permission to the Department of Agriculture (USDA). The bill also mandates that all federal land within this newly adjusted boundary must be incorporated into the Bowen Gulch Protection Area, which was established by the Colorado Wilderness Act of 1993.
