This Resolution sets the rules for further consideration of H.B. 1735, a bill concerning the Department of Defense's budget and personnel for fiscal year 2016. It allows the Speaker to bring the House of Representatives into a Committee of the Whole to debate and amend the bill, but limits further general debate. The resolution replaces the current version of the bill with a new text from a Rules Committee Print, waiving any objections to this new text.
