The notice will include important information such as where to find lawyer referral assistance, details about available legal services and aid resources, a basic explanation of the court rules for divorce and alimony (spousal support), information on parent and family education workshops, details about court fees, and a summary of the respondent's rights and responsibilities. The Chief Justice will have 120 days from when this act becomes law to develop and provide this notice.
