This bill mandates that the department of conservation and recreation, a state agency responsible for managing parks and recreation areas, must create and execute a detailed plan to inspect, manage, and fix parts of the Freetown-Fall River State Forest that are in poor condition. The plan will specifically address repairs to the slopes next to Rattlesnake brook and must be fully completed within two years of the bill becoming law. The bill takes effect immediately upon its passage.
