This bill establishes special procedures for considering amendments to House Bill No. 3665, an act aimed at improving public records, by setting a deadline of 11 A.M. on November 18, 2015, for filing amendments electronically with the Clerk of the House, with the Clerk responsible for notifying sponsors and printing the official versions, and it clarifies that amendments on different subjects will not be allowed unless a member withdraws their amendment from a consolidated amendment to offer it separately, and importantly, consolidated amendments cannot be divided, with any amendment not following these rules being considered withdrawn.
