The plan's objectives are designed to rank Florida's vocational rehabilitation program among the top 10 nationally, and the DVR will be required to submit an annual performance report by December 1st to the Governor and the Legislature, detailing caseloads, service usage, financial data, and employment outcomes for the past five fiscal years.
