Furthermore, it prohibits street hails and cash payments, mandates nondiscrimination policies, requires TNCs to maintain ride and driver records, and limits the ability of local entities to impose additional taxes or licenses on TNCs, with an exception for large airports. Finally, it creates a "transportation division fund" to cover safety and financial responsibility efforts and outlines administrative penalties and grounds for permit suspension or revocation for TNCs.
