Specifically, it revises requirements for emergency medical technician (EMT) or paramedic certification to better accommodate those trained in the military, directs state departments to create easier application methods for honorably discharged veterans seeking licenses in construction contracting, electrical or alarm system contracting, and private investigative, security, and repossession services, and modifies eligibility criteria for electrical or alarm system contractor exams to include military experience.
